Are you unable to make outgoing calls to specific numbers?

If you are unable to make outgoing calls to specific numbers (including international numbers) and you do not hear any announcement please contact us on live chat by clicking here by providing the following information:
i.   Number/s not reachable (with the network name, when known)
ii.  Date/s of calls
iii. Time/s of calls

If you are unable to make outgoing calls to specific numbers and you hear this announcement:
‘Your call to the number you are trying to reach is not permitted.’
 you have to go to a Melita retail outlet to remove any activated barring on your number.

If you hear another announcement, this may be provided by the destination operator, indicating what the problem is. If in doubt please contact us on live chat by clicking here by providing the following information:
i.    The announcement you are hearing
ii.   Number/s not reachable and network (when known)
iii.  Date/s of calls
