No internet connection

Check that your modem is switched on. Lights on the modem indicate the modem status.

If lights are switched on or blinking, try to reset your devices by switching them off for a few minutes and switching them back on again.

If no lights are on, check that the power cable is connected both to your power supply and to the back of the modem.
