No internet connection
Switch your modem off for a few minutes then turn it back on. Rebooting your
modem should be your first step, and will solve 40% of problems.
1. Press the reset button on the back of the modem & hold for 5 seconds.
2. Wait for the modem to reboot.
3. Ensure that the power light on the modem are back on.
