I still have no internet connection
First check that the lights on your modem are on and cables are connected into the modem and to your device.
1.Check that the PC is ON and that the Ethernet cable (the cable connected between the modem and your device) is connected properly.
2.Try and unplug the Ethernet from both ends and connect it again.
3.Check if the Network Card is Disabled from the Control Panel. If there is no Local Area Connection icon the computer needs to be checked by a computer technician.
4.Try and Replace the Ethernet Cable. The problem could be either coming from the Ethernet cable or the computer.
