How can I cancel my current Direct Debit registration?
Cancelling your ongoing Direct Debit registration will incur additional charges on your bill.

If you still want to cancel your direct debit, follow the below steps:
- Log in to MyMelita
- Go to Settings
- Go to Preferences
- Select Cancel Recurring Payment under Payment Method
A popup warning message will be displayed, providing information about the additional charges that might be incured if direct debit is not activated.
- Select Yes on the popup message window
A success message is displayed confirming that the Direct Debit has been cancelled.
