How do I switch between paper bills and e-billing?

Switching between paper bills and e-billing is very quick and simple.
E-billing is beneficial because you won’t receive any monthly paper bill charges.

In order to switch between paper bills & e-billing Log in on MyMelita by going to my.melita.com or by using the application.

Go to My Profile from the right-hand side navigation bar

Select your desired billing method and select Update Details

If successful the below pop up should show.

You can change from paper billing to e-billing or vice versa any time.
