No internet connection on one of my devices

If the device (that has the problem) is connected via Wi-Fi

If only one device or some of them are not working, there is no problems with our connection but most likely with settings of that particular device/s.

1. Check that the WIFI is Enabled from your device.
2. Check the distance between your modem and the device, make sure that the modem is in clear line of sight, without obstructions and within 1.5 meters away.
3. Check that you are connected to the correct WiFi network, refer to the below articles to check on how to connect depending on your device.
4. If the problem persists the device needs to be checked by a computer technician
