I forgot the MyMelita password. How can I retrieve it?
If you completely forgot your My Melita password, kindly follow the below steps on how you may create a new password:
Go to MyMelita.
Enter your My Melita email address.
Click the FORGOT PASSWORD? link on the My Melita login page.
Insert the answer to your secret question and press PROCEED.
An email containing a reset password token will be sent to your email address.
Log in to your mailbox and open the email named Automatic Message. It might take a few minutes until you receive your confirmation email. Check your mail and follow the instructions to verify your account. We also recommend you check your Spam/Junk folder just in case our automated message is sent to either of these folders.
Please note that the reset password token expires after some time. We recommend you to follow the whole process at one time.
Click on the reset password link provided in the email or copy and paste the link provided in your internet browser.
- New Password: Type in an alphanumeric password containing a minimum of 8 characters.
- Confirm Password: Type in the same password entered in the previous field.
- Click Submit.
You may now log in on My Melita using the new password.
Please note that if you also don’t remember your Secret Question and/or your Secret Answer, you are kindly requested to visit one of our Retail Outlets with your ID card. To find your nearest shop, kindly click here.
