My Set Top Box won’t switch on
If your box does not switch on, please follow the below steps;
- If your box is connected through out an electricity extension, connect directly with an electricity outlet instead.
- Check that the power supply of the box is connected properly with the electricity outlet.
- Check the power switch on both the box and the electricity outlet is switched on.
- Try a different power outlet.
If the box still does not switch on, you can replace it in any one of our outlets.
