Paying by MyMelita
Using My Melita portal is a fast and secure facility to settle your bills online. Melita Ltd website is protected by industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption, keeping all credit card data safe. No credit card details are recorded at any time.

You will automatically be redirected to the payment section. Here is where you need to confirm and authorize the payment of the amount entered to the correct account number. After all the details are entered, click on Submit Secure Payment.
After the payment is completed, you will be prompted to set up a recurring payment using the same credit card.
Once the transaction is processed, you will receive an automatic email from Melita Customer Care with the subject My Melita Online payment confirmation. This email will confirm that your payment has been successfully processed.
If you decide not to pay by Direct Debit (DDM) or Pre-Authorised Credit Card (PACC) a Monthly Payment Charge of €0.50 applies.
This charge applies to payments made by cheque, card or over the counter, and includes payments via standing order, internet banking, bank transfers or through MyMelita.
