Whether you’re moving to a new home or apartment, it’s easy to transfer your cable TV, high-speed internet and telephone services to your new address. Here you’ll learn how to move your services in just a few easy steps.
Kindly provide us:
- Your Identification details
- Your current account or customer ID
- Your New Address
- Your Moving Date
Have a chat with us in order for us to let you know immediately if your new home is within the Melita servicing area. If the address is located into the designated area you will be given an appointment within the same week. Once the appointment is fixed, we will send you a message confirming the order requested.
We are only few steps away from transferring your services. You will be asked to bring with you your exciting Melita equipment into your new home on the date of appointment. Our installer will install everything for you.
If you are moving in a new block of apartment, new house or new office building, make sure that you give us a one month notice prior of the appointment. This is to avoid waiting longer.
Transfer of service is also cheaper than before. You will be charged a onetime fee for every subscription you want to move with you. You can pay the fee once charge is issued in your next bill.
