Why can’t I receive SMS’s from any number?

If you can’t receive SMSs from any number, make sure to check the below information.

• Check that you have adequate signal coverage
• Try to turn the mobile phone off and then on again
• Check if your SMS inbox is full.
• Check if the person sending the SMS can send SMS to another number
