‘No Signal/Weak or No Signal’
To get your picture back, kindly follow the instructions below:
1. Confirm that the LED light on the HD box is in a steady bright state.
- If the light is completely off, confirm that the power plug is on. Please also check that the power supply and the power cord are all plugged in.
- If the light is blinking slowly, press the power button on the Melita HD remote control once.
2. Confirm that the HDMI cable is securely connected to both ends from the HD box to your television set.
3. Confirm that the Source mode on your television set is set to the correct HDMI port; i.e. HDMI 1.
