Why is my picture black and white on all channels?
If you are subscribed to an additional Melita Digital Set-Top box, identify the channel or group of channels and check whether the problem is the same on both outlets.
- If the problem is occurring on both outlets, it could mean that there are technical faults on that particular channel.
Check the AV mode on the Melita Digital Set-Top box. Here’s how:
- Press the Menu button; this is located next to the Volume Up button.
- Select Preference.
- Go to AV mode and confirm that it is set to RGB.
Confirm that the SCART cable is securely connected to both ends.
Test using a different SCART cable.
