Why is my STB not responding to the remote commands?
- Power reset the silver box.
- Try to switch the channel by pressing the channel up/down from the STB.
- If the channels are switching up/down, you need to replace the remote batteries.
- If the channels are switching up/down and you have already replaced the remote batteries, take the remote control to one of our Retail Outlets so it can be replaced.
