How do I switch between paper bills and e-billing?

Switching between paper bills and e-billing is very quick and simple.
E-billing is beneficial because you won’t receive any monthly paper bill charges.

In order to switch between paper bills & e-billing Log in on MyMelita by going to or by using the application.

Go to My Profile from the right-hand side navigation bar


Select General Tab


Select your desired billing method and select Update Details


If successful the below pop up should show.


You can change from paper billing to e-billing or vice versa any time.
