To suspend an offer from MyMelita, follow the step-by-step guide below. Please note that when suspending the service temporarily, a 5 euro charge per month applies:

  1. Log in to MyMelita using your email and password.
  2. Select ‘My Service’ from the main menu.
  3. Choose ‘Suspended’ on the subscription you wish to suspend.
  4. Select ‘Yes.’
  5. Pick the termination date, and resume date, and then press ‘Continue’ when done.
  6. If there are any charges, we will notify you with a popup message.
  7. A ticket will be created, and we will contact you accordingly.
