Paying by BOV mobile banking

With the use of BOV Mobile Banking service, you can now pay your Melita bill from your mobile; anytime, anywhere, without the need to stand in a queue or call anyone. Here’s how:

Download the BOV Mobile Banking app.

  • iOS users can download the app from here.
  • Android users can download the app from here.

Register your BOV Mobile Banking service through BOV Internet Banking. Click here for more information about this.

Open the BOV Mobile Banking app from your mobile menu.

Select BOV Mobile Banking from the startup menu.

Login using your User ID and PIN.

Select Payments from below.

Select Pay a bill.

Select the Bank Account from which you want to withdraw from.

Type in Melita in the search field and locate ‘Melita TV, Melita Internet…’.

Fill in the required details and click Continue once you’re done.

Confirm that all details are entered correctly and click Send to BOV once you’re done.

This screen confirms that your payment has been processed successfully. Keep a note of the Transaction ID for future reference.

If you decide not to pay by Direct Debit (DDM) or Pre-Authorised Credit Card (PACC) a Monthly Payment Charge of €0.50 applies. 

This charge applies to payments made by cheque, card or over the counter, and includes payments via standing order, internet banking, bank transfers or through MyMelita.
