Reset the MyMelita password via Bill Details

If you forgot your account password, you can easily retrieve it. To reset your password;

  • Select Trouble Logging In?

  • Select Forgot Password following by the button Yes

  • Select the option via Bill Details and fill-in the Answer

An email is sent to your email address.

  • Select Reset Password

A new page will open to input a new password. Proceed by billing in a new Password. Select Login
