Resetting the MyMelita password (Forgot Password via Mobile Number)
If you forgot your account password, you can easily retrieve it.
To reset your password, view this short video or follow the step by step guide below;
- Select Trouble Logging In?
- Select Forgot Password following by the button Yes
- Select the option via Mobile Number and fill-in the Answer
An SMS that includes a PIN is sent
- Insert the Verification PIN and select Proceed
An email is sent to your email address.
- Select Reset Password
A new page will open to input a new password. Proceed by billing in a new Password. Select Login
