Resetting the MyMelita password (Forgot Password via Security Question)
If you forgot your account password, you can easily retrieve it.
To reset your password, watch our step by step video or follow the instructions below;
- Select Trouble Logging In?
- Select Forgot Password following by the button Yes
- Select the option via Security Question and fill-in the Answer
An email is sent to your email address.
- Select Reset Password
A new page will open to input a new password. Proceed by billing in a new Password. Select Login
