What does the term ‘aggregated’ mean when I’m viewing my mobile usage details?

Each Melita mobile plan has its own specific benefits. These could range from free minutes to other local networks, free minutes to Zone 1 countries, free amount of data and several others.

The term ‘aggregated’ in the usage details page refers to when the particular record, which could either be a call or use of data, overlaps a different rate.

Let’s say you are subscribed to a Melita mobile plan and you benefit from free 60 minutes to other local networks, and you have currently used 59 of these minutes. Once you make a call to another local network for a duration of 2 minutes, this particular call will be displayed as “aggregated” in two separate records in your usage details. This is because 1 minute will be shown as ‘free’ since it was a part of your benefit, and the other remaining minute will be shown with its respective call rate after the benefit limit has been exceeded.
