I can see the picture but can’t hear the sound

Are you not getting any sound on all channels?

To fix this, please follow the instructions below:

  • Check if you have pressed the MUTE button from both TV and STB
  • Check that the Phonos/HDMI cable is connected properly
  • Replace the Phonos/HDMI cable.
  • Switch the STB OFF, wait 30 seconds and back ON
  • If this still doesn’t work try connecting the STB box to another TV Set
  • Perform a Factory Reset
