Why can’t I receive calls from any number?

If you are in a foreign country and are not able to receive any calls;

• Check that you do not have barring enabled from your mobile phone settings
• Check that you have reception signal
• Check that when you are trying to receive a call, the person who is calling you is making the correct procedure, i.e. entering the correct country code and drop any 0 before the number. For example 0035677xxxxxx. This may not be applicable to all countries
