Why can’t I receive SMS’s from a particular number?

If you can’t receive an SMSs from a particular number, make sure to check the below information.

• Re-try sending the SMS. High traffic on the mobile infrastructure may prevent services such SMS being executed
• Try to call the number you are trying to send the SMS to
• If there is a ringtone, the problem could be that you have inserted the number you are trying to send the SMS to on a blacklist. This is a feature of a handset which not all handsets have.
• If there is no ringtone, the problem could be lying with the other number.
