Why is my last payment not shown on my bill?
You may notice that your last effected payment is not shown on your bill. Most probably this could mean that your bill was issued before the payment was effected. Therefore your payment will be deducted on your next bill.
To view your recent transactions, you may do so on My Melita. If you’re still not a My Melita user yet, please click here to see how you can register a new My Melita account.
Alternatively, if you’re already a My Melita user, you can view your recent transactions by following the below video or step-by-step guide:
- Go to http://my.melita.com
- Enter your existing My Melita email address and password
- Click Sign In
- Once you are logged in on My Melita, click on My Bills.
- From this section, you can view your Billing History and Payment History.
If you decide not to pay by Direct Debit (DDM) or Pre-Authorised Credit Card (PACC) a Monthly Payment Charge of €0.50 applies.
This charge applies to payments made by cheque, card or over the counter, and includes payments via standing order, internet banking, bank transfers or through MyMelita.
